Sidewalk Discipline Act of 2010

Sidewalks should be “free from all forms of physical obstruction”. This law also prohibits the use of sidewalks for commercial and personal purposes (e.g. dumping of garbage and litter, installation of signs/signboards on or above sidewalks, selling of goods by sidewalk vendors).

Article 25 of the Human Rights Manifesto

“Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and well-being of himself and of his family, including food, clothing, housing and medical care and necessary social services.”

  • propose for better walking areas in and around campus
  • get the support of the school’s administration and faculty in promoting wellness
  • propose expansion or development of sidewalks especially in and around campus
  • organize Walking Meditation clubs
  • increase awareness be an advocate with actions educate people through the help of the local government join or create committees that create proposals create/show support for campaigns for sidewalk construction and repair

 

Community Parks

INACTIVITY: one of the causes of coronary heart diseases common cause of death in the Philippines parks, recreational areas, and green spaces can solve this problem of inactivity!

Mental Stress
