#STEMINAR ON “The power of Social Media for Ecological Awareness and Informing Public Policy”

The Psychology Volunteers on Bikes represented by core members Daryl Mishka Watin, Monica Gloria Manluluyo and Edna Lee in partnership with Mayflower Realty, Inc. gave a talk on The Role of Social Media in Raising Ecological Awareness and Informing Public Policy during their Ecology Week at the University of San Carlos (USC) Main Campus, Cebu, Philippines. The organizations who hosted the talk were the Cebu Philippine Network of Japan Exchange Students and the National Youth Commission together with the Generation of Responsible and Empowered Environmental Nation-Builders and the USC Supreme Student Council.

explains Tindak Sugbo – the 10 bike rides the group organized
in the summer of 2013.
Edna Lee, co-founder of the Psychology Volunteers on Bikes,
provides an introduction to the talk.
